We have just been made aware of connectivity issues in Sheffield similar to those two weeks ago. Attending site now to investigate. Update to follow.

Engineer on-site, assessing issue. UPDATE 05:50 Most services should have returned to normal. We are addressing a faulty device in our Unit 7 building.

We have confirmed it is _NOT_ the same fault as 2 weeks ago. Only a few customers connected this time.
UPDATE 07:45
We have found power has tripped to some shared servers. Alternate power feeds being brought online now.
UPDATE 08:00
All affected shared servers has been brought back online. Customers who have raised tickets have been responded to. We also found the electric gates at the business park locked up when we first attended site - indicating a wider problem than just our units (we don't power the electric gates here).
UPDATE 09:45
We believe all internal and customer services which were affected were fixed before 09:15 this morning. Again, not all customers were affected, some customers experienced just a short blip while services failed-over. Unfortunately, some colo customers lost power after a trip was recorded, for which we apologise.
